This work has been shaped by decades of walking alongside women, plants, and the cycles that guide both. My path has woven through holistic women's health, traditional herbal care, birth and postpartum support, traditional women’s medicine, mentorship, and transformational practices that guide people through life’s thresholds.
Along the way, I have been entrusted with teachings, certifications, and apprenticeships that have deepened my ability to hold space for women in meaningful ways. Yet the greatest teachers have always been the women themselves, the plants, and the land.
What continues to inspire me is witnessing the profound shifts that occur when a woman reconnects with her body, her rhythms, and her relationship with the natural world, particularly in the realm of womb wellness.
Supporting the micro — the individual woman, her body, her cycle, her healing — naturally influences the macro. When a woman feels resourced and connected, that nourishment ripples outward into her family, her community, and the wider living world.
In this way, caring for women is also a way of caring for the earth. It is an honour to tend these relationships and to support women as they remember their place within the greater web of life.
When women return to relationship with their bodies, the plants, and the rhythms of the earth, something far greater than individual healing begins to restore itself.
Working with the 'Whole Plant' honors the wisdom passed on by the women from both the Quechua and Kichwa Nations, keeping the lineage intact and whole without extraction. In reciprocity to the Grandmothers, the women, the teachers, and the plants, a portion of each session goes back to support them and to assist other women in the community in accessing treatments.

Women's bodies move in cycles, much like the forest. There are seasons of growth, seasons of rest, and seasons of deep transformation. When these rhythms are supported, the body often finds its way back to balance.
Well Women Care offers holistic women's health solutions, combining plant-based and traditional herbal care practices that support women through the many phases of their lives — from menstrual health and fertility to postpartum recovery, hormonal transitions, and times of emotional or physical change.
This work is rooted in relationship: with plants, with the body, and with the natural rhythms that guide both. The whole plant and the whole person.
Plants are not simply compounds to extract; they are living beings that exist in relationship with the soil, water, sun, and the ecosystems around them. When we work with the whole plant, we honor that intelligence and the reciprocity that makes true medicine possible.
In the same way, women’s health cannot be reduced to isolated symptoms. Each woman carries her own rhythms, experiences, and transitions, emphasizing the importance of womb wellness in our approach.
The work offered at The ForRest is not about quick fixes. It is about rebuilding relationships. Relationship with your body. Relationship with plants. Relationship with the cycles that shape your life.
This slower, relational approach often allows deeper healing to take root.

Sessions are shaped around the season you are in and the support your body may need, focusing on holistic women's health. This may include conversation, traditional herbal care, herbal guidance, traditional womb care, and plant-based preparations that support your overall wellbeing. Time is taken to listen deeply to your experience, your cycles, and the patterns that may be influencing your health.
Many women arrive during a time of transition — when something in the body or life is asking for deeper care.
Rather than rushing toward solutions, this work moves at the pace of the body — allowing space for insight, restoration, and reconnection.
Many women leave sessions feeling more grounded, nourished, curious, and connected to their bodies and the natural rhythms that guide them.
THE PATH OF CARE
We follow the rhythm of the forest — a living cycle of remembering, tending, transforming, and returning -
Each phase of a woman’s life carries its own medicine. Some seasons call for nourishment and grounding, while others invite transformation, release, or deep rest. Womb wellness, plant medicine, and traditional herbal care help support these natural passages so the body can move through them with greater ease and wisdom.
Rather than forcing change, this work honors the body’s innate intelligence and the relationships that sustain life — with plants, with the earth, and with the cycles that shape us.
Wherever you find yourself in your cycle or your life, this holistic women's health work meets you there.
