The heart speaks loud... part of my walk this time is to help bring women back to our plant roots and wisdom, what we know is true, self-owning and simple.
I deeply know this is how we create more beauty and change in the world.
Women together, tending our fires, innate in our personal kindship with plants, sharing hearts and stories of life. Reclaiming ancestral practices belonging to the earth and tending gateways with reverence.
Every Thursday of the month
This was inspired by living with the Kichwa Mama's and the way they tend their community, through belonging.
In a time where we feel disconnected and separate, these old ways help us remember we are all interconnected, responsible and in relationship to each other, the elements, the seasons, the cycles and the land.
Returning to the warmth and glow in the dark of the womb both within ourselves and nature through relational medicine.

Coming home to the warmth of the womb—within ourselves and within nature.
Grandma's gentle way: slow tending of roots so our gardens can grow.
We will be exploring a new plant each month.

Women's spaces tending those who tend others
These gatherings are anchored in women belonging to kinships and to themselves. A place to be held in the same gift you give the world. A space for physical nurturing, emotional integration, and spiritual care.

The ForRest is rooted in relationship — with plants, with the body, and with the natural cycles that guide life. Through herbal medicine, birth care, and traditional practices, this work supports women in reconnecting with their rhythms and the living world. When women are well, that care ripples outward into families, communities, and the earth itself.
