I don’t do surface work.
I walk with women—and those ready to meet themselves—through the spaces where life is actually changing. The in-between. The moment where something is ending, something is asking to be born, and you can feel it in your body… even if you don’t yet have the words.
This is the work I know.
I’ve spent 30 years in relationship with plants and herbal medicine, over 20 years in birth and women’s care, and another 20 years leading, building, and holding large-scale spaces in the world of sport and events. I don’t just hold space—I know how to build containers that can actually hold transformation.
My path has taken me into the mountains of Peru, studying traditional womb care with the Quechua Nation, and into Ecuador in midwifery internship with AMUPAKIN—learning to listen in ways that go beyond language. Ways that remember.
I work in deep service to the Plant Nation, to women, and to embodied wholeness.
The spaces I love are the ones most people avoid.
The dark.
The fire.
The threshold.
The moment where you can’t go back—but you’re not fully through yet.
I’ve sat in the dark for 10 days at a time, meeting everything that lives there. I’ve walked on fire and learned, humbly, how to tend it. I’ve hosted over 10,000 float experiences, guiding people into stillness so deep it changes them. I’ve left careers I loved because something deeper called me forward—and I trust that call.
Every time.
Because I know what lives on the other side.
My relationship with plants began when I was 17 and has never stopped deepening. They have taught me how to listen, how to trust, and how to remember that healing isn’t something we are given—it’s something we awaken within ourselves.
Birth found me through my son in 2005, and it cracked me open in the most honest way. Since then, I have walked alongside women in their most sacred crossings—holding, witnessing, tending—not from a place of fixing, but from deep respect for the intelligence of their bodies and their knowing.
I am a mentor.
A guide.
A space holder.
A creative dreamer.
A builder of things that don’t yet exist—but need to.
And I am not here to do this for you.
I am here to walk with you.
The ForRest is built on a truth I live by:
Air to awaken the dream.
Earth to ground it.
Darkness to integrate.
Water to nourish.
Fire to transform.
You already carry all of this within you.
Sometimes you just need the right space—and the right person beside you—to remember.
If something in you is stirring… if you can feel that quiet (or not-so-quiet) knowing that it’s time…
I would be honored to walk with you.
