Sovereign Soil

Cultivating the Ground of a Sovereign Life

There comes a moment when healing stops being about fixing yourself...

...and becomes about remembering who you were before everyone told you who to be.

Before the wildness left your bones.

Before your body forgot it was sacred.

Before grief rearranged your cells.

Before you started asking permission to take up space.

Before your "yes" belonged to everyone but you.

Before the sexual trespasses.

Before centuries of women handed you silence and called it strength.

Before survival became the family inheritance.

Before self-abandonment became your mother tongue.

Sovereign Soil is a nine-month immersive healing container for women ready to stop endlessly coping and begin living from the deepest truth of who they are.

A Nine-Moon Stewardship for Women Ready Reclaim Sovereignty

This is not therapy

It is not coaching.

It is not another online course to complete.

It is not information to consume.

It is a nine-moon stewardship.

A living practice of tending the conditions where a woman gradually remembers that her life has always belonged to her.

Together we cultivate the ground beneath your life through relationship—with plants, with your body, with other women, and with the quiet wisdom that has never truly left you.

There comes a season when healing is no longer about becoming someone new.

It becomes about remembering who you were before accommodation became survival.

Before your body learned to doubt itself.

Before your voice grew quiet.

Before inherited stories, grief, boundary crossings, and the expectations of others became woven into the way you moved through the world.

Sovereign Soil is a nine-moon, in-person stewardship for women ready to cultivate the conditions where trust, belonging, and sovereignty can take root once again.

This is not a weekend retreat.

It is not another online course.

It is not a place to perform your healing or collect more information.

It is slow medicine.

Relationship-based medicine.

Slow enough for the body to believe it.

The kind that grows roots.

True change rarely comes from understanding alone.

It comes from being witnessed, accompanied, and faithfully tended over time.

Who This Stewardship Is For

This stewardship is for the woman who has reached the edge of the conventional answer.

You've read the books.

You've learned the language of trauma, attachment, boundaries, and nervous systems.

You've gathered wisdom, yet something inside you still longs to be met more deeply.

PERHAPS YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF HERE:

  • You struggle to say a clear, guilt-free no.
  • You over give until there is little left for yourself. Chronic caregiving and burnout
  • You carry grief that feels older than your own life and that never fit neatly into stages
  • Experienced sexual trespass and boundary crossings—physical, emotional, relational, cultural, or spiritual—and you long to belong to yourself again.
  • Experienced divorce or betrayal.
  • Loss of identity
  • You recognize inherited patterns in the women who came before you and know you do not wish to pass them forward.
  • Your body has experienced boundary crossings—physical, emotional, relational, cultural, or spiritual—and you long to belong to yourself again.
  • You are weary of healing alone and a life spent surviving instead of inhabiting yourself

Not because you have failed.

Because understanding is not the same as living differently.

At some point, healing asks for relationship.

This is where Sovereign Soil begins.

This is for the woman who has done the work.

You've read the books. Sat in the circles. Gone to therapy. Learned the language of trauma, attachment, and nervous systems. You understand why you are the way you are. You know where the wounds came from. You've gathered every tool available to you.

And still — something inside you remains untouched.

You can explain your pain beautifully. You just can't seem to stop carrying it. You still abandon yourself to keep the peace. You still override the quiet voice inside that says no. You still carry stories, wounds, and expectations that were never yours to hold.

Not because you failed. Because insight is not the same thing as integration.

At some point, healing stops asking for more understanding. It starts asking for a different experience.

This is where Sovereign Soil begins.

Why This Works

Healing doesn't happen because someone gives you better advice. It happens when you're witnessed and accompanied — only then does your nervous system finally experience something different.

For nine months, you return to the same circle. The same women. The same witness. The same rhythm. Month after month, your body begins to understand something it may never have known:

I don't have to perform here. I don't have to earn belonging. I don't have to be the strong one. I don't have to explain myself.

That consistency is what changes people.

The herbs don't fix you. The circle doesn't fix you. I don't fix you. Together, they create the conditions where your own wisdom finally has room to emerge.

What We Tend Together

The Body

Returning to a relationship where your body is no longer something to manage, but somewhere to live.

Boundaries & Sovereignty

Growing a life where your "no" is clear, your "yes" is wholehearted, and neither requires apology. Sovereignty After Sexual Trespass Whether your boundaries were crossed dramatically or quietly over decades. Whether someone touched your body, or simply taught you that your "no" didn't matter. Many women have never truly inhabited their own bodies. Here, we reclaim them gently — not through force, but through safety.

Inheritance

Every family carries unfinished stories: silence, secrets, shame, resilience, love.  Together, we learn what belongs to us, and what never did. Gently untangling inherited stories, loyalties, grief, and expectations so you can consciously choose what continues and what ends with you.

Herbal Medicine

.  Each month, you receive a curated herbal preparation designed to support the emotional, physical and spiritual landscape we're exploring together. These are invitations. Plants have accompanied women through grief, birth, death, menopause, heartbreak, and transformation for thousands of years.

Plants remind us that healing follows seasons, not deadlines.

Relationship

Discovering that lasting change grows through safe relationship, consistent witnessing, devotional accompaniment, and being deeply known over time.

Community

Belonging to a trusted circle of women committed to telling the truth, holding one another with tenderness, and becoming good ancestors through the lives they choose to live.

What Each Moon Includes

One 2-Hour In-Person Women's Circle. A deeply facilitated gathering that moves through teaching, ritual, witnessing, practice, and integration — with room for silence, laughter, tears, and truth. No fixing. No rescuing. No pretending.

One 60-Minute Private Mentorship Session and Herbal Wrap. This is where your unique story is honored one-on-one — where the circle's work becomes personal, where patterns are gently named, and where your own medicine begins to emerge.

A Curated Plant Medicine Package. A handcrafted herbal preparation — tea, tincture, smoke blend, bath ritual, or flower essence — chosen to support that month's work and act as a companion throughout it.

 Between-Moon Support
Gentle email support to help you integrate what is unfolding between gatherings.

Who is Holding the Space

Hi, I'm Treeka .

My work has been shaped by decades of walking alongside women, plants, and the cycles that guide both. My path has woven through holistic women's health, traditional herbal care, birth and postpartum support, traditional women’s medicine, mentorship, and transformational practices that guide people through life’s thresholds.

Sovereign Soil is my fourth stewardship offering holding women in a devotional yearlong containers.

Along the way, I have been entrusted with teachings, certifications, and apprenticeships that have deepened my ability to hold space for women in meaningful ways. Yet the greatest teachers have always been the women themselves, the plants, and the land.

My own path to this work came through an early calling to the Plant Nation, my birth experience, trespass and transgressions throughout my life and in plant medicine spaces

I hold this circle as a facilitator, not a therapist — trained as a Master herbalist and Wholistic Practitioner, Herbal Therapist designation from Mount Royal University, Full Spectrum Doula, Eco-Sensual Practitioner and Traditional Uterine Massage (TuM) and Reproductive Care through Original Instructions School.  I have been blessed with traditional learning  from the Grandmothers of the Quechua  Nation in Peru, as well as, an internship at Amupakin in Ecuador with Mamas from the Kichwa Nation. I have studied with Midwives, Pipe Carriers, Yachuks and involved with ongoing consultation within other professional groups and ongoing relationships with my traditional teachers for anything that falls outside the scope of this container.

What Women Have Said

" I care less about what others people think – judgement, claiming my own life, being responsible to self with less explaining, I feel really different, speaking truth, growing all parts of self. This program has offered unwavering safety to let go of the old version of who you are and be celebrated who you are becoming.  Being supported by same group of women has felt like incredible strength for growth and feeling safe month after month."  — AH ~ Mugwort Birth Apprenticehsip

"My experience has been truly transformational space of growth!  There is a level of commitment that is required to achieve meaningful change and if you are willing to dive in headfirst, without expectations, you will transform.  Allowing the space of a year to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, trusting the process to unfold as it should, being held by your sisters in circle and all the the Honeycomb encompases, taking it step by step, slow drips of honey...this beautiful program will allow your dreams to come true. "  Shannon Barton ~ Honeycombe 13 Moons.

What Changes

Women often arrive hoping to feel better.

Many leave having remembered something even more important.

Their bodies feel like home again.

Their boundaries become clearer.

Their relationships become more honest.

They trust themselves more deeply.

They stop organizing their lives around survival.

Instead, they begin cultivating lives rooted in devotion to what is true.

Not perfect lives.

Faithful ones.

They trusted themselves. Their nervous systems softened. They stopped apologizing. They spoke more honestly. They grieved more freely. Their relationships changed. Their bodies became home again. They stopped asking permission to exist.

Is This Stewardship Right for You?

This container is intentionally intimate and asks for a wholehearted commitment to the full nine months.

It is best suited to women who are emotionally resourced enough to engage in long-term relational work.

Sovereign Soil is a relational healing and stewardship. It is not a substitute for licensed psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF:

  • You are currently in acute crisis or actively working through recent trauma without other clinical support in place
  • You are looking for a fast fix or a single transformative weekend
  • You are not able to commit to the full Nine Months - this container depends on consistency and half-measures don't serve the work or the other women in the circle.

If you are currently in acute crisis, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional before joining this container.  If you need resources or connections, please reach out:  treeka@theforrest.ca

The Threshold

The woman you are becoming does not need to be created.

She has been waiting beneath the accommodation, beneath the grief, beneath the inherited stories.

The soil has never forgotten her.

It is simply time to tend the ground where she can grow.

It's about becoming someone ancient. Someone your body has always remembered.

The woman beneath the coping. The woman beneath the trauma. The woman beneath survival.

She is already here. The soil has never forgotten her. It's simply time to come home.
