We gather in community circles, inspired by the Kichwa Mama's way of nurturing their community through a sense of belonging and always coming back to the central fires.
In a time when many feel disconnected and separate, these old ways remind us of our interconnectedness and shared responsibility towards each other, the elements, the sea

In a time when many feel disconnected and separate, these old ways remind us of our interconnectedness and shared responsibility towards each other, the elements, the seasons, the cycles, and the land.
I deeply know this is how we create more beauty and change in the world.
Women together, tending our fires, innate in our personal kinship with plants, sharing hearts and stories of life. Reclaiming ancestral practices belonging to the earth and tending gateways with reverence.
These Community Fires serve as a gathering place to remember, to speak what is real, and to be witnessed...to be anchored in women belonging to kinships and to themselves
Fire clears.
Fire strengthens.
Fire brings us back to ourselves.
Around the fire, we steam with plants, sharing wisdom, tending our bodies, hearts, emotions, and spirit together. Women together tending our fires and nurturing our spirits. We are returning to plant wisdom, sharing hearts and stories, and reclaiming what belongs to the earth.

Let's explore!

FOUR DAYS. FOUR NIGHTS. A HEARTH FOR REMEMBERING
When someone we love dies, life continues—but the heart often struggles to follow.
The Grief Fire is a four-day, four-night family tending created to honour the life of a loved one, gather those who remain, and create space for grief to be witnessed rather than carried alone.

Around the fire we share stories, prepare nourishing meals, sit in silence, cry, laugh, remember, and allow grief to move in its own time. For families who hold this understanding, the fire can also become a sacred companion as they pray for and honour the spirit's journey.
Guided by the rhythms of fire, plants, ritual, and community, this is not about fixing grief or finding closure. It is about tending one another through one of life's deepest thresholds with presence, dignity, and love.
A hearth where love is remembered, grief is welcomed, and the living are gently held.
I work with women who have reached the edge of the conventional answer and know there has to be another way. Women who are no longer satisfied with symptom-centred care and are longing to be seen in the fullness of their story. Through the wisdom of plants and a way of care rooted in relationship, I support the returning to kinship with their bodies, the seasons they are living, and the wisdom that has never left them.
