I am in deep services to the plants, life's mysteries

the womb, women, sovereignty and wholeness

I have been in a loving kinship to natures apothecary since I was 17, completing three Herbal designations, as well as, traditional apprenticeships. I have been sitting at the foot of birth with women for decades and passionate about women's advocacy.

Traditional Uterine Massage (TuM) and reproductive herbal care honors the womb.

Supporting holistic wellness for healthy moon cycles , fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, regular womb care, marking life gates/transitions, reweaving the experience of sexual trespass, reproductive violence, connection to women's medicine space and more.

Womb work is sacred and we can be in reverence by going slow, to build relationships, working with the body and it's right timing, prioritize harm reduction and consent to allow a supportive opening to the work in a good way. It is integral to me to work in this way.

Practicing TuM practitioner with the wisdom passed on by the women from the Quechue Nation keeping the lineage intact and whole without extraction. In reciprocity to the Grandmothers, the women, the teachers and the plants, a portion of each session goes back to support them and to support other woman in community to have access to treatments.

Community service with precious home visits during your 40 days Postpartum to tend and deeply honor this transition including Traditional Uterine Massage (TuM), Plant womb wrapping, Bottom steaming, Moxa treatments, and Herbal baths.

8 home visits $1750

Payment plans available.

Placenta medicines and other personal herbal preparations are available as well.

Community Tending

4 rounds starting with introducing ourselves to the fire, our intentions/ what we need, and spiraling inward towards connection, prayers, healing, and gratitude. During the healing round we will work with plant allies and the spirit of water to do an herbal bottom steam.

Community events and private ceremonies by request.

Community circles are $40/each to go towards maintaining the lodge.

Special times during the year we call our community of woman together to transform together with a Women's Only Firewalk/Dance
